First bbq of the season.
Turkey breast injected with teriyaki honey marinade.. So juicy!
One rack of Ah-So babybacks and one rack of bbq rub/sauce babies..They were kinda thin, but good.
Cherry-smoked bacon. Did a pound for BLT's and breakfasts. Alway a favorite.
Served with Rice and Ham Salad, and California Chinese Cole Slaw. The salads were the stars of the dinner, IMO.
