Again, no pics. I made sloppy joes with the rest of the ground beef. She ate the whole thing and a protein drink. It's an improvement.

I've got a couple of chops in the sous vide. I'll finish them on the que. We'll round out the plate with roasted sweet taters and a salad. Maybe some broiled peaches too.

Very tasty meal, if I do say so.

Yesterday a friend visited Judy so I could go to the grocery. I promised to bring her home ice cream, but forgot. So today I made it up to her and made some homemade buttered pecan. I was redeemed.
