This is my annual post about Kathy and my love for a dinner of grilled ham steak with mashed potatoes (Simply Potatoes with garden garlic chives), and garden yellow wax beans.
This year, I looked up seasonings for ham and saw many posts for red eye gravy. I just happen to have a seasoning with those flavors created by a BBQ friend - Dizzy Pig's Red Eye Express. Delicious!
Also harvested some Shishito peppers to grill. And got one early Sun Gold cherry tomato.
