After we got back from Yakima we went to El Toro. I had the Chili Colorado and a side of tamale.

Late lunch/early dinner for me.
I was hungry, I'm exhausted from work last night.
I made some ditalini, saved some pasta water, tossed in some shredded parm and peas and carrots.
Still using up the cucumbers.
Red onion and avocado dressing.

Tonight was the leftover pork roast and Czech sauerkraut dish, one of those dishes that tastes better leftover.

Dinner was skirt steak, noodle side dish and creamed spinach. Had a small salad (romaine lettuce, and homemade caesar dressing) before dinner.

And I'm working again tonight.

Kath and I went out for a late lunch and we both ordered the same thing: combo plate with BBQ turkey tips and marinated lamb tips. Delicious! Killed me to give most of my spectacular fries to Kathy.

We took half of our tips home to top salads this week.
