Fried ham steak in a little olive oil with Mom's corn pudding that I modified with green onions and asparagus

I pulled some of the ravioli that I froze after making a bunch with a friend. It was a lemon-cheese ravioli. I paired it with an herby, garlicky pea sauce. I loved it, but the fella was not as taken. I think he would have enjoyed it more if I had made a light marinara sauce.

I stopped in Defiance this afternoon on the way home and got a large iced coffee and one of the sandwiches with the bacon and egg on a croissant from Dunkin.
It was good.
Right now, I'm not a bit hungry - soooo I'll probably have some of the bulgogi and rice for early dinner tomorrow before work.
 
I've got some l/o rice in the fridge, so I'm going to make ham fried rice. I think we'll have a salad too. I'm hoping for an on-time dinner tonight. Last night, we had company that stayed 2 hours past our dinner time. I was starving! It was fun, but....they left the park earlier today.
