Mussels over Spaghetti, Garlic Bread, & Milk.

Yesterday the hands and wrists were so bad I didn't even consider cooking, much less handling a knife ...
Protein was defrosted, but I wasn't very hungry either... I DID finally eat a big bowl of ice cream with raspberries
around eight....
so ... Saturday on a Monday !

I've been busy in the kitchen with lots of things, but not today's dinner, 🤣...so, tonight we'll have Sukhi's Coconut Curry. I'll make a pot of Indian Spiced Rice in the rice cooker and we'll have naan too. I did make a batch of Curry salad dressing to have with/on a salad. In the meantime, I made a batch of Rhubarb Custard Bars, first time, so fingers crossed on that. Hopefully we'll have room for dessert! I started a pork shoulder roast in the sous vide. It will be Wednesday's dinner.
 
Mussel Jalapino Stew. I had another bag of mussels, After my dinner yesterday,
I put them in my red sauce till they opened. I pulled out the meat, &Threw the shells away.
I put the sauce in the fridge. I went shopping, Potato, onion, celery', mushroom, frozen
mixed Veggies, & a large Jalapino. So Good. I have enough for a lunch this week.
