What are you eating Sunday 5/4/2025 to Saturday 5/10/2025?

I've got a couple of Duroc Pork Chops that I'm thinking will go well with Bacon Wrapped Asparagus bundles (easy oven roasted veggie) and I have some French Bread that will make nice garlic toast. I've made a fruit salad too.

Looks good, Dan.
I almost went to Morenci, Michigan today for my annual trip with Jules to lay flowers on her husband's grave.
We would have had dinner somewhere between there and here.
We're doing that next Friday because she doesn't like going alone, and the other place she works asked her last minute to work tonight.

My son Jeff is coming after he gets off work at Meijer fuel center to have some of the pasta dish I made.

We move a month from today! I've packed a few kitchen utensils and we need to eat up what's in the freezer in the next few weeks.

Tonight is stuffed portobello mushroom with leftover zucchini, onion, garlic, olive oil and topped with rolled prosciutto in fresh mozzarella

Web had split pea soup that Tina made. We had a frozen ham bone to add flavor to the soup
She made 8 quarts of it, and I asked her if she was having the neighborhood over for the soup. LOL ..... Dessert was blueberry pie she picked up at the local farm stand.

We've been busy today...and now I'm baking an apple pie to take to MIL tomorrow. All I can think of is to grab some of the Mushroom Spinach Pesto Lasagna from the freezer. I'll make a salad and some garlic bread too...then I'll look for some other things to fill out the plate...

We just ate, and I am ready to bust! It is son Jimmy's birthday today, and we made his favorite Angel hair spaghetti, fried breaded chicken cutlets, and his favorite dessert of cannoli's from "Mikes Pastries" from

Boston...... Oh So Good. They are the best we had ever tasted.
Well Worth the $115.00 to have them shipped.

Those cutlets look great!

Mike's always has a long line outside the shop. I've never shopped there.
