We are going to celebrate Memorial day today with a BBQ. Ribs, burgers, hot dogs, and macaroni salad. The grand kids are all coming, and now they are all at the farm, playing with the animals and feeding them. I am watching the TV war movies all day today.

I've got a chicken spinning on the rotisserie and a pot of beans in the oven. I'll make a couple of baked taters in the air fryer too. Earlier, I made some potato salad to have with tomorrow's meal. DH requested, "hot dogs" and keep it simple. He's the vet with friends to remember, so he gets to choose.

Last night's delivery was chicken cutlet salad. These salads are great - 2 or 3 meals for me.

Today, I smoked two racks of St. Louis ribs, with Ah-So sauce. Served with California Chinese Cole Slaw.

It was wonderful. Yesterday Nancy, Matt, and Maddie went to Point Defiance, had lunch at Anthony's, then went to Metropolitan Market for the dinner fixings.

Tina is cooking a batch of Sloppy Joe's / wimples for supper. There are ribs and macaroni salad left over from yesterday also .

I was going to air fry the chicken, but I'd have to do them in batches, so I did them in the oven @400 for 40 minutes.
Basted with Sticky Fingers sauce.
Love the sprouts made this way.

Grilled hot dogs on warm brioche buns, red potato salad and a repeat performance from baked beans. DH, snatched his plate to add kraut to his dogs. Maybe we'll have some of the birthday cake ice cream I made earlier this week for MIL's 90th b'day...after our meal settles maybe there will be room.
