I bought this pair of Salmon Fillets today at the Acme...
They were pre-Seasoned, and I couldn't figure out
with what .... the Two Pats on top are def Garlic Butter with
Herbs, and the Salmon itself was loaded with heat.......
Good Tho ' !

I grilled Alaska sockeye salmon smoked with alder and fresh cherry with doctored Bush Beans and coleslaw on the side.

Today's dinner will be beans and franks, cornbread and cucumber spears or salad.

Going to be hot and humid today and tomorrow. Prepped another small batch of pasta salad. Planning to make pasta salad, macaroni salad, tuna salad and maybe egg salad or deviled eggs. Easy no cooking meals. ONCE they are made. LOL

October festival cheese and jalapeño brats with cheese tortellini from Festival Foods. It’s a bit cooler today so I baked a butternut and sweet corn. Maybe a bonfire later with a few adult beverages
