I'm making an easy dinner tonight. Pineapple Meatballs, Jasmine rice and a salad. The "easy" part on the meatballs is that I will use Aidell's Teriyaki & Pineapple meatballs and add that to my pineapple sauce. Right now, I'm working on a batch of ice cream...or the ice cream machine is working on it.

Ginny, what is a cap steak?I have one more Cap Steak and I'm thinking it is huge, I'll throw it on the que and we can split it. I'll make a couple of air fryer baked taters, oven roasted zuke and I've already got a loaf of Herb & Cheese Quick Bread in the oven. That last one is new-to-me...so we shall see!?
They take the best part of the Rib Eye...that top, kind of crescent shaped piece, roll it & tie it into a round steak. It is my very favorite part of the Rib Eye and often I cannot eat the whole rib eye, so this is a great alternative for me. I find them at Costco, but I'm sure they can be found at many markets too.
Ahh, the spinalis. My costco doesn't make them that I’ve seen. It;s my favorite part of the ribeye.
Ask them...they don't always have the cut that I'm looking for out, but when I ask, they say, "give me a minute."
