No, but I Quick-Seared both sides before going into the oven... just 40 seconds each side
... Does add some color to the beast !
I don't baste with the dressing until 6 minutes before it's ready to come out...

I used my big #9 Griswold and gave it a smear of avocado oil. It works well and makes easy clean up on the cast iron.
