This recipe is delicious, but next time I'll use 3 eggs, instead of 2.
I don't want to skimp on the spinach
It kinda flopped in the pan lol

I'm pretty much accustomed to the taste of Hellmann's, so having Duke's was a pleasant surprise.
I have had Duke's before, but it's been quite a long time ago.

Duke's! Always!

It's richer, creamier, more flavorful, a bit tangier.
Until I moved to North Carolina in 2008, I never believed it was better. Then I had it side-by-side, and never looked back.

Give me my Duke's!!!

Cast iron pan-seared strip steak. It was perfectly perfect! With steamed asparagus and Kumato tomato dressed with black truffle oil and Maldon salt. Loved this dinner!
