What are you eating Sunday 2/6/2022 to Saturday 2/12/2022?

Breakfast Fried potato and onions, corned beef hash, hickory smoked spam and over easy eggs. That will be it till dinner (couldn't finish it all).

I didn't do this on a sheet pan after all.
I placed the vegs (carrots, potato and onion) in a glass pyrex baking dish with the chicken on top.
In the oven at 400° for an hour.
The chicken came out crispy and juicy.
Put some chicken gravy on the plate before adding the chicken and vegs.
Super yummy.
Leftovers tomorrow!

DD's wanted to order out last night. I made myself a twice baked potato and a wedge salad. I had a small piece of a cheese and ham calzone.

Hopefully tonight will be Sloppy Joe's.

We are going to Long Beach, WA today. We’ll eat there for lunch. I’ll buy oysters and maybe make soup tonight depending on how late we get home. She wants to eat at a nicer place so there may be leftovers. I want fish and chips, again.

I tried a Screamin' Sicilian frozen pizza last night, a supreme. Added some olive oil and Italian seasoning.

Not horrible. They've got the toppings down, they just have to work on the tasteless, cardboard-like crust.

It was actually better cold this afternoon!

Chowder, what did you use for a "shingle"?

Sass, your fries look particularly crispy - what were they and how'd you cook them? LT, your fries were air-fried?
