Right now I intend to make AH-SO pork steaks. Also have a container of deli pasta salad bought on Friday that needs eaten.
This all, depending on how I feel later.

If I can get a lull in the rain this afternoon I’ll fire up the grill and roast a chicken. If not I‘ll bake it in the oven - it’s small and shouldn’t take long.

I really can’t tell the difference between Buffalo/bison and beef. I’ve eaten moose, bison, elk, and caribou and all are good. Venison defiantly has a different taste but I like it. My antelope was very tasty, as well.
