I hope Every one had a great Thanksgiving. I'm staying .
I've been Staying with my Niece & Husband outside
of Boise Id. What a beautiful State, They took me to
Sun Valley, and I seen some incredible scenery.
I really wanted to post this cause I know Johnny
travels and enjoys Restaurants in the Boise Id area.
JOHNNY- We had dinner here outside of Parma
called Parma Ridge. It is a Winery & Restaurant.

All was good, but now we go back to normal. I had an egg and cheese on an toasted English muffin. Tonight, the kids came back, and we had fried dough from those frozen bread. My mom would make pizza fritta whenever she made dough. She would dust them in powdered sugar like a zeppole sometimes. I liked them sweet for a treat or with butter sometimes.

Peeps I meant to add: i think because I was vaxxed and double boosted, it really did help with the duration of my covid.
It could have been MUCH worse.
On the 15th when I tested positive I knew I was getting slammed with something.
Actually the Sunday prior I began feeling lousy.
I'm going back to work on the 29th and feel just fine now.
Still have a slight cough though.
Ok, enough about that.
This is a dinner thread. Lol

Tina has a big pot of split pea soup with ham cooking on the burner... :cooking:
Later, when the veal thaws, I will mix it with with pork, and make it to cook city chicken for tomorrow.

I was going to make ham and split pea soup last week but the thawing turkey took up too much room. So everything is waiting till later in the week.
