I should use them more often. I forget about them because they are stored away, but since we had 2 dipping sauces, using them popped into my head.

I've got roast beef leftover, so I'll use that with wide Amish egg noodles in a cheese sauce.
Cooked sliced carrots on the side.

This was a jif to throw together.
Leftover roast beef cut into bite-size pieces, Walnut Creek wide noodles and Southeastern Mills cheese sauce mix.
Had a few whole carrots left, so sliced one up, butter/Dash seasoning.
Good supper.
