I empathize, Peeps ;Hands are hurting. Not sure if I'll want to cook anything. Maybe I'll just have a salad. If pain eases, possibly half a steak and the salad.
I need one of those!
No, just fried in avocado oil, then eaten with my home made tartar sauce.John, that cod looked wonderful! Did you season it with anything?
LT, great boiled dinner post! I love the idea of that cook!
Peep, hope you feel better.

No pasta with the chicken patties with Parmesan cheese and Newman's Own marinara.
I bought Tyson chicken patties for this, which means I have a lot leftover in the bag, and a lot of marinara sauce left in the jar.
I used shredded parm, but I think they would have been prettier with a solid melt of cheese.
The Green Giant beans with almonds had no sauce, it was a nuke pack, where you sprinkle the almonds in after. It said they're seasoned with salt and oil.
I like them.
Also, Pat's pecan pie slice.
I'll eat that later

I do have a blend in the fridge, but went with the parm only.Lora, I use a bagged blend of shredded Italian cheeses for the patties. Good idea - we haven't had those in a long time!

Today was Amelia’s 11th birthday and we had a party In a park. There was snacks then McDonald’s cheese burgers, chicken nuggets, fries, carrot cake cupcakes, and a birthday cake.
