What are you eating Sunday 10/1/2023 to Saturday 10/7/2023?

I'm making the store bought shrimp from Red Lobster, coleslaw and maybe another side.
This shrimp is gorgeous!!
Garlic and Parmesan crusted, stuffed with cream cheese. I had coleslaw and also made a small salad mix of mini cucumbers, orange bell pepper and green onion with Italian dressing.

Today is going to be low carb.
Johnsonville brats, split or sliced/browned over fried shredded cabbage instead of pasta, with Alfredo sauce.
I never make fried cabbage. I should try it. Maybe I'll use the shredded coleslaw (cabbage with carrot). Cabbage lowers my blood sugar.
I want to try making a small batch (like possibly a pint) of homemade sauerkraut. Don't want to make too much in case it's a fail.
 
We've always called them subs here in Ohio.
When I was living in England, and Blimpie opened in a few locations, people were going nuts over the new place to get a "baguette", then when a Subway opened same thing, hey! let's go get a baguette 🤣
When I lived and worked in NYC (1967-1972) I was totally addicted to the "Blimpie Best" ...
When I moved to this Paradise, I discovered that it was now an "Italian Hoagie"...
