Chicken thighs, mashed & steamed Asparagus.

The chicken was good, yet, not crispy. I'll learn.

Last night was rubbed and roasted pork tenderloin with a delicious dijon/marsala sauce. Half a baked potato and garlic-roasted kohlrabi, which was new to me and we loved it! Will buy that veg. more often!

I didn't make the baja shrimp.
Just decided to saute some medium shrimps in butter and Italian seasonings, then tossed in some asparagus tips and halved grape tomatoes.
Put it over buttered fettuccine with a bit of parm sprinkled on.
So delicious.

Store Brand Sweet Potato Fries were tasteless ...

I made a can of Progresso clam chowder with an added can of clams, milk, and instant mashed potatoes. There was the leftover squash, broccoli, and corn bread on the side.

Possibly pan fried fish or lasagna for dinner.
