This recipe is a variation of the cinnamon and coconut cookies.

Tomato pie or puff pastry pizza:

Tomato, kebab meat slices, oregano, basil and mozzarella cheese. Yummy with a cup of tea at the evening.

Tomorrow here is the Father´s Day and I baked the Swiss roll, filled with apple marmalade, vanilla curd and strawberry jam. Pictures later when I will decorate it with whipped cream and fruits tomorrow.

I'm off the soup for three weeks. Tonight I'm starting out with Huber Bach (world's best beer) and some Steelhead I smoked awhile back.

I baked some cinnamon rolls and plaited loaves.

Few came out from the oven like snails:

I need to eat them in hurry... (before they become alive and eat all my indoor flowers. )

They didn´t rise as well they should but they are eatable anyways.

Sweet buns again. I filled few of them with strawberry jam and whipped cream. Yummy with hot cocoa.

A neighbor gave me a mix for Red Velvet Whoopie Pies. I made them for Valentine's Day.

Cute idea, but they are dry - I wouldn't recommend it.

No I haven´t tried poppyseeds but some savory filling might work with those as well.
