We had a great time with Maddie this past week. She's a baby now and not so much premie. She's getting stronger and not floppy like before, and able to hold her hear up for longer periods. We could tell a big difference in the week we were there. She smiles a lot and when she starts to cry she she pouts her lips and her low lip trembles. It breaks my heart when she does that. Usually the only time she does that is when she has gas.

The visiting nurse came to see her today and was very pleased with her progress. We could see that in just the week we were there. We can't wait to go back.

We're headed to Utah, Sunday, to see the family. The instructions are we can't hold her all the time - she needs lots of play time on the floor to avoid getting to spoiled.

She is doing great; doctor and home visit nurses are pleased with her progress.
