Remember ordering a Boston Cooler? It actually had no connecion to Boston, so I'm not sure why it was called that.
It was an ice cream flost - vanill ice cream and Vernors.

Named from a nod to Boston Boulevard in Detroit - also to a marketing belief that “Boston” sounded more exotic than “Detroit.”
