I'm going to pan fry a piece of cod that's been in the freezer, and have the crab pasta salad I prepared last night.

Last night I had taylor ham, lettuce, and tomato on a toasted sour dough english muffin.

Tonight will probably be tacos.

I thought for sure this piece of cod was going to fall apart while taking it out of the pan.
Whew!
Good dinner.
Dipped the fish in egg, then dredged with Louisiana Fish Fry.

Bbq sauce, sugar free of course lol. The chicken is from Costco refrigerator section

Put some chicken breasts on the press, seasoned with gyro spice. Served with some Turmeric Rice, chopped tomatoes and naan. Good stuff!

I have gravy simmering. I have the cheese and spinach mixture ready to stuff jumbo shells (after they are boiled). I have all the herbs, onion, garlic and cheese prepped for meatballs (unless I run out of steam).
