Tomorrow IS going to be the recipe for Seafood Stew, then I'll be making cubed steak/not minute steak on Thursday (two entirely different things) with a different corn pudding because the one I posted was a no no, that's not "the good one" according to my son Ty, so I'll be doing a recipe with Jiffy and sour cream after all.
Good grief.

Tina made a Gargantuan pot of split pea soup with potatoes, ham diced, and carrots diced; with a large ham hock swimming in the pot. I asked her if we were running a soup kitchen?...
That calls for extra gas ex pills for that soup.

I’m due for that - i like a chunky pea soup.

I do. I took the picture before I added the vinegar, a white balsamic she gets from amazon. I drink what’s left, too.

I've already chopped all the vegs for the stew, and de-tailed the shrimp and cut the fish into chunks, that's about the most time consuming part lol

I just wish I'd had a good crusty bread from the bakery. I used what I had for dipping.

Seared cube steaks in McCormick mushroom gravy, I added my own caramelized onions to it, corn casserole and instead of a salad, I stuffed some mini peppers with cream cheese.

My son Jeff stopped in earlier.
I gave him a bowl I had put back in the freezer of the seafood stew, a hunk of cornbread and I made him some cream cheese stuffed peppers.
So he'll be fed well lol

I made kind of a expensive Mistake for dinner tonight,
And I am glad for it. I ordered the Enchilada plate,
Then I wanted 1 Pork Tamale. I ended up with a
Tamale Plate. Both came with Rice & Beans & Salsa.
