It just occurred to me that Hidden Figures was the perfect movie for International Women's Day.Hidden Figures is an awesome movie!
I watched Scarface last week. From 1983 First time I've ever seen it.
Watching The Sting. Saw it in 74 at the theater. forgot most of it. Enjoyable.
Just 2 days ago I watched a film in which I saw a girl who looked exactly like Sally Field. I will take a screenshot and post it when I'm on the laptop.I do not remember Family at all.
But I do remember Smokie and the Bandit.
Netflix had it and I could not help but watch it again. Brainless humor. Sally Field and Burt both look so so young.
It's available for downloading, if you likeI rowed on my school crew team for 4 years. Loved it. Thanks for the reminder on Boys in a Boat. I have not caught that one yet.
I did watch a couple old Bond movies. The Spy who Loved Me, and Goldfinger.
It’s not a movie but a series on Paramount + we loved -: A Gentleman in Moscow. I’ve been meaning to buy the book and will soon.

We are getting caught up with the new episodes.John, on your recommendation, I'm halfway through the 8 episodes that they are rebroadcasting on Paramount +with Showtime. I am enjoying it far more than I liked listening to the audiobook. The acting is superb, making the story come alive. This 4th episode particularly was wonderful!
As much as I can recall, the series is following the book very closely.

I've got a bunch of classics and documentaries lined up to stream.
I'll pick a few tonight.
The Green Mile and The Goodbye Girl just to name two.
I might watch the first episode and see how it goes. It's a long time since I last followed a thriller. We are watching a new series called Bodkin set in Ireland. It was slow to get started but i love it now.
Season 3 of Clarkson's Farm is out. Already watched 6 episodes; in the middle of 7.
Young Sheldon is coming to an end. Only 2 more episodes to go, and it will be the end of The Big Bang Theory era.
The Grand Tour is coming to an end too. Only the very last episode is remaining.
In other words all my favourite TV shows are nearing the end. I need new replacements but hardly got any anywhere.
Yeah I read about it. I think it's going to focus more about Georgie becoming a rich businessman rather than anything to do with Sheldon. Waiting to see how it goes. But I think it will be funnier than Young Sheldon.Well, Georgie (Sheldon's brother, who was the funniest character on the show anyway IMO) is getting a spinoff that you might want to try, Indike https://parade.com/tv/young-sheldon-georgie-mandy-spinoff-season-1
