Yep, my Polish Aunt Stella, the best cook and baker in the family, swore by King Arthur. In fact, I just bought a bag to make the pierogi, since the dough really is much easier to work with using King Arthur.

I’ve never tried it. I was brought up on Gold Medal and can only afford Great Value now lol

King Arthur is my main flour. Sometimes I use others for a special purpose, but not often.
