Movies You Watched

Watched Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. Pretty good. It incorporated several game aspects that was cool to see onscreen. Worth a watch.
 
Hannah And Her Sisters.
I am NUTS about Woody Allen films.
Another favourite I ran the other night was Brighton Beach Memoirs, anything linked to Neil Simon are the best films out there, IMO.

I love Brighton Beach Memoirs!! AND Biloxi Blues! And Odd Couple (movie)!!
 
Addicted to Love - Matthew Broderick and Meg Ryan...I had forgotten how good it was!

Watching True Blood on HBO - slowly becoming "addicted" to this show :)
 
I've just been watching The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo...I've read the book, and I'm disappointed that the version I downloaded is dubbed. It's in Swedish, but I would prefer subtitles. Good movie, though. Anyone else read the book(s)? Steig Larssen wrote three in this series before he died unexpectedly...rather mysterious. Good crime stories.

Never read the books, but I've got that movie in my Roku-Netflix queue to watch soon. Looks and sounds good.

Just watched Salt with Angelina Jolie. Not bad. Of the same ilk as the Bourne Supremacy movies. Worth a watch.
 
I think I am going to run my DVD of Angela's Ashes on my next day off.
There is something about this film that never gets old.

I read Frank McCourt's book and loved it.. the movie blew me away!

Inglorious Basterds - I loved it!! Loved him using the David Bowie song Cat People - Putting out the fire with gasoline & Samuel L. Jackson as the narator (well I think it was him but uncredited).

Anyone else watch the Twilight series of movies? It has occurred to me that I don't like Bella very much. She really gets on my nerves with her non-committal indecisiveness, and how she is playing with both the werewolf and the vampire. Pick a camp already!

Haven't seen them, but vampires are way cooler than werewovles. :brows::lol:
