I just Had a Small Stroke!!!

The other evening while babysitting, I had a small stroke!! I had just went to use the bathroom. When I came back to sit down is when it had started. The room felt like it was spinning, I got dizzy and I started to vomit!! This had never happened before! One of the boys, the oldest one, was going to the bathroom and I called out for him to come help me. He had noticed right away that I was sick. I made a mess on the floor and he got to work, cleaning it up. Then he had asked me if I needed to go to the hospital to get checked out. I was in kind of a shock! He then said to me; I love you & I don't want anything to happen to you!!! You should go get checked out. He then called 911 and said; If you don't go, I'll call the police. He was serious then, so I had to make up my mind & let the paramedics take me to the hospital.

They did suspect that I had a small stroke & they worked on me, trying to get the blood sugar level & the blood pressure down. I thought that I was having a hypoglycemic attack & I asked the boy to get me some sugar, which he did. It wasn't. But being the smart wiz kid, he knew what to do!!! if it weren't for him, things might have gotten worst!!! I thanked him immensely for helping me. We knew each other since he was a little boy!! Over the years we became true friends, along with his siblings. They love me also. I'll never forget what he has done for me!!!! :whistling:

Thank goodness you went with the 911 call. Smart move.
My brother in law had one small one. Then another a week or two later. Then another. He finally got checked out to figure out what was going on. I hope you do the same otherwise you might have more. Take care buddy.
 
Here's a pic of the boy that helped me, wearing a Santa Clause hat. He's very smart. He knew just what to do!! I was procrastinating. He told me that he was going to call the police if I didn't let the ambulance take me to the hospital. Not to have me arrested though. I knew what he meant. He did not want me to suffer!!!! :whistling:
