Yep, I was so busy fighting database issues that I was zapped for the remainder of the weekend. A rough one for sure.

The steak and fries look incredible (so hard to find good fries!), but I would have filled up on the cheeses and bread.
I'm guessing the cheeses, right to left are: Brie, Camembert and .... Gorgonzola? Goat cheese with truffles?

thanx, yinz guys~ their fries were appreciable. as 4 those cheeses- we got a selection that they chose. yeah, there was a bleu & a brie or camembert, & that other washed-rind cheese- my Mom took that one for herself.

Hi all. Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a home cook. I'm a first born Canadian to German parents from northern Germany. My wife was born and raised in southern Germany so our cooking definitely has some European influences.
