These Tyson honey chicken bites are delicious!
The breading has a lighter texture - very tasty with just the right amount of a slight crunch.
The Birds Eye zucchini fries are equally as delicious. They puffed up and got a good crispy texture in the air fryer.
I found a new to me Hidden Valley cilantro lime ranch to use for dipping.
(I have some pickled beets and eggs to have for my 1am work lunch)

Chicken, cran-apple chutney (from the freezer), taters, rosemary gravy and bread. A slice of peasant and a slice of banana. Yum!Cooler temps are promised, along with rain this Friday and Saturday.In the meantime, the heat continues. I'm thinking I might sous vide some chicken...still thinking about what might be good with that.

I pulled two frozen Chicken Drum sticks from the freezer.
I defrosted them in the Micro Wave. While waiting I made
a Hot & Spicy Fiery Beef microwave bowl. 2 Drumsticks
defrosted, I put them my New Air Fryer. I hit the Chicken Icon.
and went to my office. When done, I looked at them, They didn't
look appetizing. So I ate one. -- Then the other. No pictures tonight.

The local farm stand had super fresh bi-color corn, so corn it was! And very good, even if it wasn't white corn. Can't beat fresh picked.
Today I'll be making whole chicken wings in the air fryer.
