They were fantastic. I did that reverse grill thing.

I used cherry and pear wood for smoke and coals along with charcoal.

I’ll grill the filet mignon pieces tonight over the coals with some mesquite for smoke.

I did some shopping today and got B&B charcoal at Ace and Lazzeri at US Foods.

She wanted fresh pineapple grilled, as well.
