I usually get the shrimp tacos from our Mexican place. I had these fish sticks left in the freezer from a 44 count box, I looked down in the fridge and said, oh! Yes, That's what I'll make! Lol

Had lunch / brunch of fried meatballs Tina picked up in Netcong at an Italian restaurant;
with a slice of zucchini pizza. Tonight for supper, she wants scrambled eggs and pepper jack cheese
I want a nice sandagueech of fried bell peppers and onions; shingled with shaved thin, sharp, ( smelly @$$ )

This is delicious!
Decided to put the sauteed vegs with a little bow tie pasta. There was part olive oil/part butter in the pan. Tossed in some basil and crushed red pepper flakes, then topped it off with shredded parm.
Definitely a keeper.
