Dinner 6/12

It's our anniversary, 29 years! Ribeyes and Walleye... hopefully on the grill, but probably on the stove/broiler because it is cold and rainy.

I picked up some beautiful salmon steaks today. We'll grill those and top with a garlic/dill jelly I bought at a specialty wine and cheese shop last week. I'll also make a green salad. We had a late lunch, so we're skipping the starch tonight.

Peeps when you do make your pie (pizza) at home what do you use? stone / screen / pizza pan w/or with holes / or a deep dish style. I guess what I'm asking is what style pizza - pie do you like?

Wife still recovering from bunion surgery, still selecting tried-and-true comfort recipes. This one is very quick and easy -- sortt of a dummy's version of lasagna. uses store-bought spaghetti sauce, uncooked noodles, and cottage cheese, all cooked on the stove top. Very tasty, if not exactly "gourmet," and something most kids will scarf down.

Layered Skillet Casserole

I am celebrating Luckys & the Wardens Anniversary tonight. We put two big T-Bones on the BBQ. Sauteed Mushrooms & Onions to top it. Corn on the cob(YELLOW),
Baked Potato & A Cream Puff. Sorry Folks- My Camera died. Hopefully the fathers day fairy will bring me one!

Thin crisp crust is my fav. Here are some pics of my last pizza to answer your questions.

Peeps looks good and tasty. i would call it a thin but not cracker type. thanks for the pics. I'm glad to see other peoples pies, I'm kinda stuck on the American style or California style.

Thank Dee and Kim. I like thin crust best. I have always like the flavor of the toppings more than the bread.
