If you have a chamber vacuum sealer, you can skip the boiling part of canning & use the appliance for vacuum sealing in Mason jars. I don't do that. I just vacuum seal & freeze foods. :whistling:
We do freeze some fruits but mostly meat and fish.

Nancy finished the chili sauce last night. I think her canning is done. Now she is drying herbs…
