Missed the beans tonight but had asparagus on the side but never photo’d it. I used pear and plum for smoke - she didn’t care for the smoke but burgers were good.

Tonight was IBP 80/20 burgers on the grill. These are my go-to burgers now.

I did burgers and dogs over the coals with plum wood for smoke. It was all good and Amelia got a burger to take for her school lunch tomorrow.
