Missed the beans tonight but had asparagus on the side but never photo’d it. I used pear and plum for smoke - she didn’t care for the smoke but burgers were good.
The Buffalo Burgers were mixed with rosemary, thyme, red pepper, salt, pepper, and olive oil. The veg was oven fried Brussels sprouts mixed with salt pepper and balsamic vinegar, crispy fried shallots, all’s Whole 30 recipe. The acorn just had a bit of clarified butter. There was enough leftover for tomorrow night. Beef would have been just as good.
