Black Cod

Pan Simmered Pacific Black Cod from SimplyRecipes as found on the net.

It was good but what a mess to clean up. I washed everything with Dawn spray
foam and it knocked down the latent sesame oil smell. Good product.

The shoulder piece has a lot of bones but they are big and easy to pick out.

Last night Nancy made this black cod using a Martha Stewart recipe for Black Sea bass. It was excellent! This part of the fillet had the big rib bones but were easy to find. I think we are almost out of black cod.
