I pan fried the black cod in olive oil and served with aioli on the side. It was all very good.

It really was but think I like it better with a simple fry up and an aioli.Looks good.
Last night Nancy made this black cod using a Martha Stewart recipe for Black Sea bass. It was excellent! This part of the fillet had the big rib bones but were easy to find. I think we are almost out of black cod.
