Answer a question with a question!

That's what you have to watch. lol I act younger when I'm with my grandkids because I wouldn't want them calling me old, now would I?

The wind was blowing 25 mph all day long. Do you think I'm pretty badly windburned today? Thank God for Eucerine products, eh?

Yeah. It was cloudy most of the day (sunny Florida???) but wouldn't you know that my face, ears, and arms feel like I had been at the beach with no sun block?

The sure signs of spring: Geese returning, robins in the bushes, younger gals wearing flip-flops...........already.......... Geesh! Temps ain't even crackin' 50, 40's barely...............

Please reply in the form of a question or Homecook and Suziquzie will ignore you. Didn't they tell you that? :yum::yum::yum:

At least two months...do you know we're supposed to open our pool at the end of this month? haha

Wausau is about 150 miles north of Madison, sort of on a line between Green Bay and Minneapolis. I have always figured June 15th until August 15th to be true summer. The rest of the time is iffy at best. Then again, SW FL heats up the first of May, temps being in the low 90's and humidity around 90% and it lasts until mid October. I think I'll take my chances up north. DW is flying up on May 14th and I'm driving my van on the 20th. A little coolness and rain beats sweating to death at 7 AM anytime, doesn't it?

does that make YOU a snowbird?

chirp chirp

Yeah. I snowbirded until six years ago and then became a year rounder until last summer. A really cool apartment happened to become available when I was in town for a few days last spring and DW and I couldn't resist. would you like to see a picture?

That's about it here too. We may have some warm days in May but that's iffy and we have Indian summer the end of October where it reaches the 80's but other than that it sucks, you know?

I don't think I'd want to either. I may complain about the weather here, but you know alot of places have it worse? Although my dh is still set on moving to Costa Rica in a few years.
