Still full from breakfast / ham cheese egg on an English muffin. Lunch was a tuna salad sandwich, and two mini powdered doughnuts. I may just have a peach yogurt for supper. So, no thoughts for eating anything.

Tonight was codfish in a butter and wine sauce. Leftover moussaka. Then, Tina put on a pot of chicken soup. That will be for Monday .... She could eat soup every day.

So far, we are thinking making personal pizza pies using whole wheat pita breads for the crusts. My preferred topping would be anchovies ....... IF...... that is IF, I can get past the dagger eye's from Tina mommy. ("That's what I name her when she acts like she's my Mommy!" )

We always freeze chili sauce, spaghetti sauce, or things like pizza sauce. We put the sauce in quart size Ziplock Freezer bags, and just enough so the bag lies flat. We then can stack them in the freezer. When needed, we just rip open the baggie and take it out and drop it in a pot. If the sauce...

Slices of egg plant are salted and draining, to sweat out the bitterness for making Moussaka for supper tonight. I can't wait. Not too many carbs in egg plant; and so I won't get dagger eyes for having that extra other piece of it on my plate. A yogurt for dessert.

Did some cheating and set myself back a bit; eating too much salty foods.... ( ie Anchovies on my pizza etc. .... Went wacky on carbs too, and the blood sugar was out of whack. But anyway, I am back under control. LOL SOOooooo! Today was an eye round baked on the gas grill. Mashed potatoes...

God love Tina. She cooked a spaghetti casserole with cheese in it. ?? ... I din't eat it .... why?? The spaghetti was broken into little 3 inch pieces. I will not eat spaghetti eaten / broken in pieces. She also made veggie soup; and that was ok / so so, but too cheezie.. I am not complaining...

Tinamommy did a great job cooking the ribs on the grill. She made great macaroni salad too. I usually do grill cooking, but it was too hot outside, and I didn't want to push it.

Yesterday was spaghetti and meatballs. Garden salad, and ice cream for dessert. Today is pork ribs cooking on the grill, and Tina made macaroni salad.

It was a great day, and meal. Grilled flank steaks, parsley potatoes, grilled zucchini, and asparagus. Brownies and rice Krispy treats.

It was a busy day with great grand daughter watching her today. Food was simple. Soup salad and leftover pasta e fagioli.

Back on the saddle again..... Appetite is back, and the heart is pumping better with the pacemaker. Tina cooked pasta e fagioli; and kielbasa that was in the freezer 5 months. Had corn on the cobb, and cherries for lunch. Glad to be back again. Just resting up a bit. Hope to be cooking again soon.

Here I Am Again...... ALIVE again. No cooking for me yet, But Tina is holding the fort. Hospitals / Nursing Rehab, and now with Mr. Pacemaker I had put on Friday. No appetites .... just fighting the RSV that we were hit with. Oh, it's nasty. Just working on getting better. Be back soon as I can get out of bed. Tina got hit really hard. DD has it too. She is on her second load of antibiotics.
