St Louis cut . I made my own rub, tossed it in the slow cooker and basted with bbq sauce every 2 hrs

Too hot today, so I made Instant Pot beef stew.

Jan and Ann took me out for a belated birthday dinner, oceanside.

Mine was a huge chunk of seared tuna with a delicious soy dip, wasabi, pickled ginger , bok choy, cold soba noodle salad.

Oh, and a nicely poured martini to start.

Back on the saddle again..... Appetite is back, and the heart is pumping better with the pacemaker.
Tina cooked pasta e fagioli; and kielbasa that was in the freezer 5 months. Had corn on the cobb, and cherries for lunch. Glad to be back again. Just resting up a bit. Hope to be cooking again soon.
