I made Beef Dip Roll-ups for lunch. They were great and filling too...so dinner was just chilaquiles (not pictured).

Out and about on a Friday in this town is a pain in the @$$.
Hawk's were lined out to the Avenue, I called to ask about the pizza and was told "it'll take a while".. no kidding.
So I got the one I like from the store deli- ready made.
It's delicious.
Half for lunch, the rest later.

It's hot again today. Dinner will be instant pot corned beef. I have steam bag red and yellow baby potatoes, and will make some coleslaw. I'll decide later if I make the potatoes or a sandwich.

I've been staring at these "Margaritaville" Frozen Entree's of a while...
Decidedto give this one a go .......First time in ages that the pint of
milk I sip at dinner was absolutely a necessity , lol !

It was a busy day with great grand daughter watching her today. Food was simple.
Soup salad and leftover pasta e fagioli.

Pulled some pulled pork from the freezer......warmed it up, added some BBQ sauce, presto, BBQ Pulled Pork Sands with Fritos. Good Friday night food while we watched an old episode of Live from Daryl's House...

I found a recipe video on Facebook for a chopped Greek chicken salad.
Had to get some Ken's Greek dressing to make it.
Jules said it's delicious.
We shall see.

It’s been busy with Maddie here. Last night Amelia was here for a sleepover. They had pizza and I had chicken wings. Tonight I’ll be happy with a sandwich of some sort.

Supposed to get up to 102° today like yesterday. I’ve got some chicken patties in the freezer and I found a different recipe for broccoli salad that I’m going to try

When I visited my aunt in AZ years ago it was over 100F every day. But didn’t mind it so much outside because very low humidity. But she kept the A/C on 85F that bothered me inside.

Kathy and I grilled strip steaks, zucchini and summer squash, Vidalias.

Everything was perfectly perfect! Including the glorious weather!

We had air fried Hebrew National hotdogs, tater tots, and canned corn.

Did a lot of running around today. Didn't eat dinner because my stomach wasn't feeling good. Stomach is just starting to feel a bit better.

I made some meatballs and served them on naan with hummus along with a salad dressed with a lemon vinaigrette. Don't know what to call it, but it was tasty!
