Had steamed dumplings and chicken soup for a quick supper.

Supper was a frozen meatloaf dinner. Chocolate cake for dessert. Another simple supper.

It was a simple supper of spaghetti and a cover over of chili left over from yesterday. At least our colds and sniffles are going away, and we are finally getting our appetites back on the line. I'm ready for my bedtime snack that will be some cheese and crackers.

Tina cooked the pork steaks, and she managed to bake a casserole of ziti. We at least now have some time to rest, and try to get rid of these miserable colds. LOL

Nothing much today. Just a pot of beef stew.

We did some grazing all day into supper time. Most was those little pizza bites. Tina fried a bunch of meatballs small, and we just used them as Finger Food. "HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL NCT MEMBERS!"

Leftover manicotti. Tina is sick with a cold, so I am getting to comfort her. I also don't want to cook right new. I will make her chicken noodle soup. like Lipton chicken noodle in the box.

We had the ultimate 7 fishes dinner. OMG, the kids were here, and and the food was tremendous. clams, shrimp 5 different ways, lobster bisque, mussels, calamari, scallops, clam chowder, and salmon. All sorts of cookies. It was a great dinner. Merry Christmas to all. Enjoy the holiday's.

It was lasagna for supper that Tina made, and used leftover cheeses that had to be used up.

We finally rang the dinner bell, and sat down to cod fish in a butter sauce, and a delicious yellow Spanish rice. Dessert was 3 fresh made cookies.
