Supper was air fried, breaded Amana, Iowa pork tenderloins. They were a little dry but ketchup and mustard helped. The spinach was good with red wine vinegar added at the end.

My father always had a carafe of vinegar poured over his spinach and did the same to me as I was growing upMy grandfather taught me to add vinegar and a pat of butter to my greens at the table. Wouldn't have them any other way!
