Last night, DH asked for Albondigas for dinner. And, I had some in the freezer. However, he mentioned it about an hour before dinner and it takes a couple of hours to defrost...so we're having Albondigas tonight!.

It's been a long time since I've been able to find "al fresco" brand chicken apple sausages.
Found them at the store the other day!
I'll make those with peppers and onions.
Not sure if I'll have rice also, or just have them as is.

Decided to have Jasmine rice with these.
I forgot how thick the sausages are.
I poked them with a knife, before putting them all in the air fryer.
Man did they ever split and got huge lol
I'm only having one.
Plenty of leftovers for a few days.

I pulled some BBQ spareribs and Saucy Beans from the freezer. We'll also have baked taters. That should fill us up!

Supper was air fried, breaded Amana, Iowa pork tenderloins. They were a little dry but ketchup and mustard helped. The spinach was good with red wine vinegar added at the end.

Not very hungry so just a plain salad with cottage cheese

Maria cooked a huge pot of Italian sausage in the crock pot in tomatoes' sauce, and we had that with spaghetti. Bread buttered, and cookies for dessert. Tina's appetite was a little better today, but she is still in the recliner all day. She's coughing less, and the anti-biotics are starting to cut into her cough. She has her visit at the Dr's tomorrow at 9:30.

Yesterday, I pre made French toast, and bacon. Just had to heat it in the microwave for 8 sec. and done .I hate waiting for it to cook whilst People are waiting for their share....LOL
