I spent all day this absolutely BEAUTIFUL day in the backyard with my smoker and hummingbirds!

Spiral ham (a 9 pounder bought for $7 after Easter) with a maple bourbon glaze.

@QSis How long did you smoke the spiral ham?

Kathleen, I smoked the spiral-sliced ham at 250 degrees for an hour and a half. Then put it in a pan, poured some braising liquid over it and wrapped the whole thing in HD foil. Back on the smoker until internal temp was 140 (about 2 hours). Then glazed and put under broiler for about 10 minutes, until glaze was bubbling.

Very tasty! The maple-bourbon glazed ham bone will make an interesting pea soup, LOL!
