Looks delicious! My Italian Mother-in-Law calls that pasta with no ridges Mostaccioli 🥰
Yeah... I remember when the Ziti were long, and if they were short, we called them Cut Zita
Then there were Perciatelli that my mom hated when we would make squealing sounds as we sucked them up to eat them. Then, they would give a slap of sauce up the nose, and all over the table.
 
Lunch was a tuna salad sandwich, and a hand full of cherries.
Supper will be codfish, pan baked in a butter wine sauce, and topped with slices of a tomato. Rice as a carb.
Nothing Pretty, but it was tasty. I like cod, but I always had it made with dried and salted codfish. Maybe that is why I have so many heart problems? LOL ..... Tina won't allow it because it is stinky when it is soaking in the pot to remove the salt.
