I woke up with a sprined Ankle- No idea how it happened, But a good thing- My friend from Iran made me dinner, it was very tasty. it is called Tus-Kabob. He brought me Rice too.

Hi All. I'k ok, just been a little busy. Lucky & I stay in touch 5 days a week. Like Rickismom- i've been doing DUMB DINNERS ,Fast food or take out every day.

I boiled a couple Chicken1/4's. Deboned the Chicken, I Put the Chicken, Celery, Onion & Rice back into the Broth. Very Tasty Chicken & Rice soup.

I opened a can of Wendy's Chili. It is rather good. Lots of meat, & beans are soft. It is different than the Chili they serve at Wendy's Also had some minature egg rolls & a Tortilla. K brought me home from Walmart 3 small bottles of Melinda's Hot sauce. A Ghost Pepper, a garlic & Habinero, and...

This made for a nice Lunch.

I'm in Heaven- Pork Egg Foo Young over Steam Rice. Lots of gravy, There was two HUGE Egg Foo Young Patties in the box. I have a salad too- I'll save that for later. & a Vernors.

I wanted to give my new dentures a work out- I bought a top round steak. (Dentures work fine) Baked Potato Fried Zucchinni, w/ onions and peppers. A salad & A Glass of Milk.

It has been a long time since I had a Banquet Salisberry Steak TV Dinner. It is a lot better than I remembered. More gravy now.

Well the price yesterday at Red Lobster, don't seem too bad now- I took home the Shrimp Alfredo, Salad & biscuits. That's tonights dinner.

I made this yesterday, but It wasn't perfect till today. . I had 2 Qts of tomato's from garden, and plenty of spicy peppers. I bought some Mexican dry peppers, & I rehydrated them & put in the Chili pot, 3 lbs of Ground beef, & dry red beans & seasoning.
