It was Gourmet for me the last two days.
today was 4 of the 6 White Castles in the box.
New Iphone comes tomorrow. I had insurance;
but they still charged me $249. If there was
something broke, and they had to replace
the phone-Just $ 100.

Yesterday's Pineapple Meatballs were a hit, so I'm sticking with the theme. Today will have spaghetti & meatballs, garlic bread and Caesar's Salad too. That should fill us up and use the maximum number of pots, plates and bowls in the RV...

We had leftover lamb osso buco with chipotle basmati rice and broccoli.
I'm thawing some pulled pork. We'll have that with some mac salad and coleslaw. All items made at home and brought along to simplify camp cooking.
I have thin sliced beef marinating to make bulgogi for dinner.
Real good!
I used very thin sliced eye of round steak.
That marinade made all the difference.

I pulled a NY Strip Steak from the fridge.
Way too big for me. I cut it in half.

I did make a salad, I forgot it was in the fridge.
Just as well, I’m stuffed. I’ll have it for lunch tomorrow.

I've always got leftovers and more leftovers.
Most of the time I make something else just to have something to share on the forum.
That said, tomorrow- leftovers lol
