Dad and I went out to dinner. He had a burger and I had a Cod Reuben - battered cod with cheddar cheese, cole slaw and thousand island dressing on toasted marble rye. So good!

It was ...... *gasp* Soup.....Again, last night . Tina made it with beef and vegetables, and then added
tortellini. Like a picky cat, I pulled all the tortellini out of the soup, and ate them.

Tonight will be sliced pork tenderloin braised in onions. Apple sauce to compliment that.
It's cooking early, and Tina made it.

Digiorno deluxe with freshly shredded mozzarella. The crust and sauce is a bit sweeter than I like but I’m not gonna complain.

Me, too! Looks amazing! DiGiorno (I think it's Supreme or Deluxe - got everything on it) is my favorite of the frozen pizzas.

This was good. Nancy made a dipping sauce with our tomatoes and garlic, oregano, and cayenne. I added Boars Head pepperoini to the first pizza but not the second. We didn’t eat the second one and it will go back in the freezer for next week.

I made my chicken stock yesterday, and it jellied nicely.

Finished the soup today.

Chicken soup over rice topped with parmigiano reggiano & pecorino romano cheeses for lunch.

Thank you. I used rotisserie chicken bits, skin, and bones plus 1 box of Swanson chicken broth to make the stock. Simmered 2 1/2 hours, then cooled overnight.
